Registering and Logging On

Can I try out the game for free?
Yes, for all non Bingo games and non MegaJackpots Games ® you can try the game out for free. When you are not logged in you can play games for free by clicking the Demo link.

Why can't I play Bingo for free?
Owing to the contractual arrangement we have with our bingo supplier you will need to be logged in as a Quicksilvergames customer and have available balance in your wallet. There is no free play option for Bingo.

How do I start playing for cash?
In order to play for cash you simply need to select the 'Register with us' link on the top right hand side of the header which will be visible on all pages of the web.quicksilvergames.com. This will take you to a very simple 2 step registration process:
Step 1: Prompts you for your personal information such as name, email address, address, and payment type.
Step 2: Asks you to fill in your payment details and make a deposit.

Why am I unable to register?

Can more than one person play using my P.C.?
Yes, but only by registering separately. Please ensure that you do not divulge your password to anyone else. If you believe that your password is known by a third party, please contact the Quicksilvergames Customer Care Team and change your password via the 'My Details' page.

What does my password need to include?
The password needs to be a minimum of six (6) characters long and may contain both alphabetic and numeric characters.

What happens if I forget my password?
You should click on the forgotten password link in the login box on the top right of the website and follow the instructions. If you experience any problems please contact our Customer Care Team.

What happens if I enter my password wrongly too many times?
If you enter your password incorrectly more than three (3) times your account will become blocked. To unblock it you will need to contact our Customer Care Team, by email or live chat.

How can I change my personal details?
You may change your personal details at any time by accessing My Details at the top of each games page, this area allows you to change your personal information including your password and username. You will be required to enter your current password in order to gain access to your personal details prior to changing any of the detail.

Why I am being told that I have typed the wrong password?
Experience tells us that either the caps lock or number lock has been depressed; it's worth checking this first. In other cases it is merely a case of checking spelling and/or other symbols.

Am I able to review recent games?
For in house Quicksilvergames.com casino and slot games you are able to see your last fifty games played, by pressing the 'Last Games' link available on each of the games provided. Please note this data will be available for a maximum of seven days and will then be reset.
For 3rd Party casino and slot games;
These cannot be viewed but if you need to know the outcome of a game you can email our Customer Services Team or chat directly with them and they will be able to send to you a report of your most recently played game/s.
For Bingo and Mini Slot games on the Bingo platform you can view the bet history by clicking the Bet History button within the bingo game or by right clicking on your mouse when hovering over any game within the bingo platform you will get a list of things you can do select the Bet History option.

Where can I find the game rules?

How do I know what my cash balance is?
The running cash balance is constantly displayed irrespective of which game you are playing. It is updated each time you play and winnings are credited immediately.
Please note that For 3rd Party Games you will need to move part of your balance in order to play those games. To view your entire balance you will need to close that game session.

How do I make cash deposits?
You are able to make cash deposits by pressing the 'Deposit' button at the top of each game screen. You will be taken to a screen which requires you to verify your identity, displays your current purse value and if you wish, change your current payment method e.g. the card you wish to use. You are also able to enter the detail of the new card, once this is done you can carry on to deposit further funds. Please note you are only able to change your current payment method if and when your purse is empty.

How do I withdraw my winnings?
You are able to make withdrawals by pressing the 'Withdraw' button at the top of each game screen. You need to enter the amount that you wish to withdraw together with your password. Your winnings will, in the case of U.K. issued Mastercards, Maestro, Visa, Visa/Delta, Solo or Electron being the last card used to deposit, be made back to that particular registered card. In the case of Electron, UK Visa/Delta and Non UK Visa cards the maximum withdrawal permitted under current banking card rules is £2500 in any one 24 hour period. In the event that the last deposit was made by way of Non - U.K. Mastercards or Ukash, the withdrawal will be paid by way of a cheque. How do I know when a deposit has been credited to my Personal Account?

No, all taxes are paid by Quicksilvergames except where winnings are subject to either local or national taxes, these are specifically your own personal responsibility. You should note that in the event that your bank makes a charge for either depositing or withdrawing this is your responsibility and these charges will not be reimbursed by Quicksilvergames.
