Terms and Conditions Version 2.7 13th May 2010
IMPORTANT NOTICE
It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully before accepting the agreements. We recommend that you print and retain these terms and conditions, any confirmation emails, transaction details, additional offer terms and game rules for your records.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You accept to be bound by this contract by clicking on ‘Submit’ or ‘I Agree’ or ‘Accept’. After clicking on ‘Submit’ or ‘I Agree’ or ‘Accept’, a legally binding agreement on these terms and conditions is concluded between, (a), you the end user (‘you’) and, (b), Quicksilver Games, and CZ Trading Ltd (Malta C41790), operating in Malta under the rules and regulations set by the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority. Quicksilver Games is the trading name (tradename and registered trademark) of RAL InterActive Ltd and CZ Trading Ltd (Malta C41790) is a wholly owned subsidiary of RAL InterActive Ltd whose parent company is Talarius Ltd, who are respectively defined in this document as ‘company’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’.
Please note that these terms and conditions will prevail in the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other document referred to in these terms and conditions.
Your attention is also drawn to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we deal with and protect the personal information you give to us. By accepting the terms and conditions you are also acknowledging and accepting our Privacy Policy.
1 PROHIBITED PERSONS
You may only use the service if you are 18 years of age or over (or such other minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and it is legal for you to do so according to laws that apply to your jurisdiction. The following countries are specifically prevented from registering; Switzerland, Netherlands, Turkey, United States and Australia. We reserve the right to ask you to prove your age and we may suspend your account until we receive satisfactory proof of your age. Any use of our services is at your sole option, discretion and risk.
2 REGISTRATION
Quicksilver Games reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse to register any player. Only one active account is allowed per player, any additional accounts will be closed. Players are not allowed to sell, acquire or transfer their account to any other player or individual.
Please note, it is the responsibility of the player to ensure that their personal information and account are kept up to date.
3 CANCELLATION
Quicksilver Games retains the right to suspend or terminate a player’s account without prior notice in the event that, in our opinion, any of the Terms and Conditions are breached.
A player may close their account at any time by either going to their ‘My Details‘ page, blocked account and selecting how long to block the account or contacting the Customer Care team via IM or Email and requesting the permanent closure of their account. If the player chooses to Quarantine their account then it will be permanently suspended from use.
4 UNFINISHED GAMES
In the event that a player does not finish a game before logging out, then the player is required to finish the game the next time he/she logs on. All unfinished games will lapse after a period of 14 days and stakes will be credited to the Quicksilver Games account.
5 WITHDRAWAL AND CASH LIMITS
5.1 Quicksilver Games reserves the absolute right, where appropriate, to require players to supply additional personal details prior to them making a withdrawal. Quicksilver Games reserves the absolute right to be the sole arbiter in whether or not this right is invoked. The requirement is intended to, within reasonable bounds, protect the company from fraudulent / illegal dealings and / or transactions. You accept and agree to furnish any personal details on request and these may include true copies of your birth certificate, copies of driving licences, copies of passports, etc. This list is not exhaustive and may be amended at the discretion of Quicksilver Games. This will particularly, but not exclusively, apply to players with large first time cash-ins. The maximum payout for Mayan Treasure will be set at £50,000.
Under no circumstances will deposits made, once processed, be refunded. All deposits are accepted in good faith and are subject to the specific bank's processing criteria. Transactions made by players using a third party’s debit or credit card will be accepted provided they meet the processing criteria. Deposits will, in these cases also be non-refundable.
5.2 In the event of players winning significant amounts, (the interpretation of significant to be at the discretion of Quicksilver Games) cheques may be payable. Players explicitly authorise Quicksilver Games to use their surname, first name and photograph and to additionally mention the name of the city and country where they reside. Quicksilver Games also reserves the right to present such cheques in person. These particulars can be used in any promotion or advertising in the United Kingdom or abroad, for two (2) years. The use for these elements by Quicksilver Games will be free of any payment or remuneration, other than the payment of the player’s winnings.
5.3 Playing accounts are for gaming purposes only. If there is any attempt to use a playing account as a financial instrument, or any suspicious transactions occur (including, but not limited to, large scale deposits and withdrawals relative to level of gaming activity) then Quicksilver Games reserves the right to suspend the account indefinitely. Quicksilver Games also reserves the right to notify the relevant law enforcement bodies with the details of the suspicious transactions.
Players are not permitted to load their account when there are already sufficient playing funds in the account. Players should note that they are free to set their own maximum cumulative deposit limits over a seven day period. Although the setting of a maximum weekly deposit is not mandatory, players should note that it does allow a personal risk limit to be placed on deposits. A player can change their limit at anytime, but please note a reduction in the limit will happen immediately but an increase will take 24 hours to come into effect while a ’cooling off’ period is served. Players who take advantage of this facility should note that they will not be permitted to make any more deposits once they have reached their weekly limit. They will be required to serve a ‘Cooling off’ period until their deposits are below their 7 day cumulative deposit limit. During the ‘Cooling off’ period players will still be allowed to play providing they have sufficient funds in their personal balance to do so. In the event that a specific amount is not selected the system will default to its own maximum deposit limit over a seven day period.
5.4 Banking rules prohibit the payment of winnings back to Non - U.K. Mastercards and Ukash, payments will therefore in these instances be made by way of cheque, written out to the registered account holders details and sent to their registered address. In the case of U.K Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa credit, Visa/Delta, Electron and Non U.K. Visa cards monies will, in these instances, be returned to the card used to make the last deposit. In case of Moneybookers and Neteller monies will be returned to the account used to deposit. Please note that, due to card rules, the maximum withdrawal, by way of Non U.K. issued Visa cards, U.K. Visa/Delta and Electron cards, is limited to 2500 GBP in any one 24 hour period. Where a cheque or a Non - U.K. Mastercard is the last method used as a playing deposit, withdrawals will be made by way of cheque. Please note, we do not charge to withdraw from your account and we accept no responsibility for any charges or fees applied by your issuing bank or financial institution.
5.5 The company reserves the right to restrict a player from making their first withdrawal (after registration) until such time as they have spent the minimum required cash spend. More details are available from the withdrawal page.
5.6 It is unlawful to deposit, or attempt to deposit funds obtained from ill-gotten gains. Quicksilver Games will check all deposits made by any individual player, and if we determine or suspect that a transaction is suspicious, Quicksilver Games reserves the right to freeze the suspicious account and the relevant funds held within, until such time as appropriate identity checks are carried out. Quicksilver Games will report any suspicious activity to the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority, and where necessary other law enforcement bodies. Additional identity checks will be carried out on any player attempting to withdraw sums in excess of £1,500 in order to comply with Anti Money Laundering regulations.
5.7 In the event that a Player Account has not been accessed (logged in to) for thirty months, Quicksilver Games reserves the right to close the account. Quicksilver Games will attempt to contact the player and return all funds. If this proves unsuccessful, all bonuses will be removed from the account, a 10% administration charge will also be applied before the remaining balance is remit to the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA). No claim shall lie against Quicksilver Games in the event the balance is remitted to the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority in these circumstances. To retrieve balances held by the LGA players should contact Quicksilver Games who will liaise with the LGA for the return of the balance.
5.8 Acceptable methods for Players to Deposit funds are Visa Credit International, Visa Credit, Moneybookers, Ukash, Neteller, MasterCard, MasterCard International, Maestro, Switch, Maestro Dom, Visa and Visa Debit (Delta) subject to all other Terms & Conditions contained herein.
Players can also Deposit using Solo or Electron cards but not for a first deposit.
Players can withdraw using: Neteller, Moneybookers, Visa Credit International, Visa Credit, MasterCard, MasterCard International, Maestro, Switch, Maestro Dom, Visa, Visa Debit (Delta), Solo or Electron subject to all other Terms & Conditions contained herein.
Withdrawals will be paid by Cheque for players that currently deposit using MasterCard International and Ukash.
Where Deposits are Authorised by the Issuing Bank the debit will normally take affect on the Players Account within 24 hours.
Where Withdrawals are Authorised the credit to the player bank account will be dependant upon the bank processing timeframes which normally take less than 10 days. CZ Trading cannot be held liable for delays originating from the prevailing banking infrastructure.
6 BONUSES
Bonuses awarded by Quicksilver Games are discretionary and can be withdrawn by Quicksilver Games at any time. Quicksilver Games regularly view inactive accounts and remove bonuses. Bonuses may be awarded with wagering requirements attached. These wagering requirements are detailed to the player when the bonuses are awarded and can be viewed by the player at any time by going to their ‘My Wallet’ page. Only one bonus may be used at any one time and abuse of the bonus system may result in the closure of the playing account. Promotions may have additional terms and conditions and these will be highlighted in the promotion. Promo codes override any other sign up bonus on offer. Please note that if a bonus is awarded with a wagering requirement only the following games will count towards the wagering requirement: Bar X, Hot Slots, Joker Reels, Happy Fruits, Top Banana, Kasharoo, Race for Riches, Triple Treasure, The Great Race, Rich Pickings, Sunset Dreams, Mayan Treasure, Captain Chook, Goldbarz, Ramesses Riches, Ice King, Ghost Town, Market Mayhem, Bondi Bucks, Swamp Rat, Gold Dragon, Jewel Jackpot, Maxamillion and Maxim Chase. Quicksilver Games reserves the right to include additional games to be excluded from wagering requirements at its sole discretion.
Members that have a history of mainly playing with Bonus money will have their accounts immediately closed.
7 GAME RULES
7.1 Whilst Quicksilver Games will make reasonable endeavours to inform registered players of any changes to specific game rules and limits, Quicksilver Games reserves the right to change such rules and limits without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Quicksilver Games rules and limits.
7.2 All progressive jackpots increment in real time and with every play. When playing a game for cash, with a progressive jackpot, the jackpot value displayed in the game will be correct at the point in time that the game is played. However, as the game is played by many players simultaneously the value may then go up (as more games are played) or down (as prizes are won) in real time. In the unlikely, but theoretically possible, event that more than one player wins the jackpot at precisely the same time then the prize will be shared equally. All payouts on progressive jackpots will be subjected to post game analysis and review before payment is made. The visual display of the progressive jackpot is shown instantly when the game is loaded and adjusted at every subsequent play. The games Swamp Rat, Rich Pickings and The Great Race have a different visual display of the jackpot - this is through an animation which scrolls up to the highest amount of the jackpot at the time of play, and which re-adjusts the jackpot at every play.
7.3 Any game malfunction voids all pays and plays.
7.4 Please note CZ Trading will not be held liable for inaccurately advertised jackpots (either externally, on the site or via a game). In the event of an inaccurate jackpot being won, the winning amount will be held while an investigation is taken place and the correct amount will then paid out. The decision of CZ Trading will be final.
7.5 Any attempt by a player (in the opinion of CZ Trading Ltd) at collusion, manipulation of game outcomes, to intentionally bypass the site security, to use automated tools to attack this website or use this website to attack other websites (e.g. by use of BOTS or other malicious software) may result in the players account being closed and the player being reported to the relevant authorities.
8 COMPUTER VIRUSES
Quicksilver Games does not guarantee that files are free from computer viruses. It is the player’s responsibility to protect their systems and have in place the ability to reinstall any data or programs lost due to a virus.
9 HELPDESK
We will make reasonable endeavours to provide access to the Quicksilver Games helpdesk by way of email and telephone 7 days a week. You can email us at customer.care@quicksilvergames.com, or alternatively telephone on 0800 138 0468 (free call) or from outside the UK: +44 870 121 0468.
10 TAX
10.1 Quicksilver Games will pay relevant betting tax and gaming duty to the relevant tax authorities at the then applicable current rate.
10.2 You are responsible for the declaration and payment of any taxes as required by the jurisdiction in which you reside
11 PASSWORDS
11.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that your password remains known only to yourself.
11.2 All bets placed using a correct and current password will be deemed valid and effective. Quicksilver Games will carry out no further investigation into the identity of the player placing the bet.
11.3 If you know or suspect that any other party is aware of your password you must immediately contact Quicksilver Games to change your password. You will be asked to confirm the challenge question and answer that you provided when initially registering.
11.4 You are liable for any losses incurred on your account through transactions carried out using your password.
12 LIABILITY
Quicksilver Games makes no warranties with respect to system malfunction and in the case of a malfunction all pays and plays are void.
YOUR ATTENTION IS IN PARTICULAR DRAWN TO THE PROVISIONS BELOW:
12.1 The following provisions set out the entire financial liability of Quicksilver Games (including any liability for the acts or omissions of its employees, agents and sub-contractors) to you in respect of:
12.1.1 any breach of this Agreement; and
12.1.2 any representation, statement or tortuous act or omission including negligence arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
12.2 All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this Contract. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Quicksilver Games does not warrant that the Website will be available at any particular time or location nor that it will be free of any viruses nor that its contents are accurate, reliable or correct.
12.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits the liability of Quicksilver Games for death or personal injury caused by Quicksilver Games’ negligence or its liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to sub-clauses 11.1 and 11.2 above.
12.4 Quicksilver Games’ total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this Agreement shall be limited to £100.
12.5 Quicksilver Games shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with this Agreement.
13 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights including without limitation copyrights, design rights and trade marks in the characters and graphics depicted in the games and elsewhere at www.quicksilvergames.co.uk vest in CZ Trading, or RAL Interactive Ltd, Talarius Ltd and or licensors and their reproduction is not permitted without the express prior written permission of CZ Trading.
14 DATA PROTECTION
CZ Trading is registered with the Malta Data Protection Commission (Reg. Ref. 9538) and adheres to the Data Protection Act, other relevant regulations, legal notices and/or similar at the Place of the Contract taking account of the Data Protection Directive (EC Directive 95/46/EC) and the Electronic Communications Privacy Directive (EC Directive/2002/58/EC.
Furthermore, CZ Trading has adopted best practice when it comes to the principles of e-mail communication with Account Holders. All the aforementioned is in place in order to assure Account Holders that at all times personal data is:
- processed in accordance with the rights of the Account Holder concerned;
- processed fairly and lawfully;
- obtained only for a specific and lawful purpose;
- adequate, relevant and not excessive to its purpose;
- accurate and updated;
- kept in a secure manner;
- not kept longer than is necessary for its purpose;
- not transferred to jurisdictions not adhering to the aforementioned Directives; and
- is utilised for marketing purposes based on the so called opt-out principle, whereby the Account Holder should they wish not to receive any communications from associated third parties to CZ Trading, should notifiy in writing to customer.care@quicksilver.com.
CZ Trading Ltd may share Player Name, Gender, Date of Birth and Address information with marketing companies, consultancies and other service providers for the benefit of analysis to better enhance the games and services offered to players. The supply of personal data to third parties is on an opt-out basis.
In order to provide the gaming services the following roles within the organisation may have access to Player Data: Customer Care, Marketing and Senior Operations Staff.
15 FORCE MAJEURE
Quicksilver Games shall not be liable to you for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement arising from any cause or causes beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, any Act of God, Governmental Act, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion.
16 JURISDICTION, REGULATION and DISPUTES
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malta and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta. All amounts waged on Quicksilver Games games will be deemed to have been wagered and accepted in Malta. CZ Trading Ltd (Malta C41790) is licensed (license no. LGA/CL1/370/2007) to operate a Class 1 license under a Class 4 platform operated by and licensed to Cyberslotz Services Limited (Malta C41791) (license no. LGA/CL4/269/2007) and regulated by the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA). The LGA is the single public regulatory body that is responsible for the governance of all forms of gambling in and operated from Malta. CZ Trading currently holds a Class 1 License to operate remote gambling in Malta.
Where there is a dispute concerning a player’s account, Quicksilver Games reserves the right to suspend the player’s account until the dispute is resolved. Any dispute must be lodged by email to customer.care@quicksilvergames.com with details and times of the dispute. Quicksilver Games takes disputes very seriously, and endeavors to take all reasonable action to investigate and resolve all disputes. If a player is still not satisfied, they have the right to bring the dispute to the attention of IBAS (postmaster@ibas-uk.co.uk), or the regulatory body, the LGA (complaints@lga.org.mt). The LGA will be the final arbiter in any issue.
17 WAIVER
No delay by Quicksilver Games in enforcing its rights under this Agreement will prejudice its rights and, in any event, will not be deemed to be a waiver of any other right or later breach.
18 VARIATION
You agree that any variation made to this document by Quicksilver Games will be binding.
19 SEVERABILITY
If any part of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal or unenforceable for any reason then the validity of the remainder of the Agreement will not be affected.
20 ASSIGNABILITY
This Agreement is personal to Quicksilver Games and you must not without the prior written consent of Quicksilver Games assign, transfer, charge or deal in any other manner with this Agreement or Quicksilver Games’ rights under it, or part of it, or purport to do any of the same, nor sub-contract any or all of your obligations under this Agreement.
21 THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our associated companies, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any liabilities, claims, losses or demands made by any third party arising out of your breach of this Agreement including documents incorporated by reference into this Agreement or out of your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
22 GENERAL
22.1 This Agreement between you and Quicksilver Games is the entire agreement between you and Quicksilver Games and supersedes any other oral or written communications, agreements or representations provided that neither party excludes any liability for any fraudulently made representation or warranty.
22.2 Words importing the singular include the plural, words importing any gender include every gender and words importing persons include bodies corporate and unincorporated and in each case vice versa.
23 NOTICES
Notices sent by either party under this Agreement must be sent by first class mail or by facsimile or by email transmission. Correctly addressed notices sent by first class mail shall be deemed to have been delivered 72 hours after posting whilst notices sent by facsimile or email shall be deemed to have been received within 2 hours of sending provided, in all cases, that the time for service falls on a normal working day in England and Wales. If not, then receipt shall be deemed to take place at 10 am on the next working day.
These Terms and Conditions were last updated on the 13th May 2010, (Version 2.7) and supersede any previous Terms and Conditions.
WAGERWORKS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Version 1 23rd April 2009
1. These terms and conditions apply when you play a Game where you have to transfer money into the game offered on or through the Website in addition to: (1) the above mentioned Quicksilver Games terms and conditions of use; and (2) the Game Rules. You can access each Game’s Game Rules by clicking on ‘Game Rules’ once a Game has loaded.
2. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before playing a Game. Playing a Game indicates that you accept these terms and conditions.
3. If you do not accept these terms, do not play any Game.
4. For the purposes of these terms and conditions:
4.1. "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond WagerWorks’ reasonable control;
4.2. "Game" means any one or more of the following: 21+3 Blackjack - Players Suite, Monopoly Here and Now, Jeopardy! and Texas Tea
4.3. "Game Rules" means the rules applicable to each Game (which you can see by clicking on "Game Rules" once a game has loaded);
4.4. "MegaJackpots®" means the highest available payoff in a MegaJackpots ® Game;
4.5. "MegaJackpots® Game" means any one or more of the following: MegaJackpots® Cluedo with Free Spin Mystery Bonus and MegaJackpots® Monopoly with Pass "GO" Bonus
4.6. "Playing a Game" includes attempting to play a Game
4.7. "re-seed amount" means the highest available payoff immediately following a MegaJackpots® win;
4.8. "WagerWorks" means WagerWorks Alderney 4 Limited;
4.9. "Website" means the website whose home page is www.quicksilvergames.co.uk ; and
4.10. "Website Provider" means the person/s responsible for the operation of the Website.
5. MegaJackpots® is a trademark or registered trademark of IGT in the U.S. and/or elsewhere and is used by WagerWorks, with permission.
6. Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in each Game (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by WagerWorks.
7. The operations of WagerWorks Alderney 4 Limited are regulated and licensed by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC), http://www.gamblingcontrol.org/.
8. If you have any questions as to these terms and conditions, we encourage you to seek independent counsel prior to playing a Game.
9. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you accept and warrant that you fully understand and agree to comply with all of them and that you understand that failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in disqualification, customer account closure, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action against you.
10. WagerWorks reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. By using the Website you agree to be bound by all current terms and conditions. You are advised to read these terms and conditions on a frequent basis.
11. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction where you are located, whichever is greater, to play any of the Games
12. You must not play any Game if you are located in a jurisdiction where playing a Game is prohibited by any applicable law or regulation.
13. You may not play any Game if you or a member of your household are or have ever been an employee of International Game Technology of 9295 Prototype Drive Reno, NV 89521 United States ("IGAM"), IGT or any of IGAM’s or IGT’s subsidiaries or associated companies. For the purposes of this clause "employee" includes third party contractors such as licensors, software suppliers, developers or partners and all those persons in any way affiliated with IGAM, IGT or any of IGAM’s or IGT’s subsidiaries or associated companies.
14. Should you wish to play a Game you will be required to apply to open a customer account with the Website Provider. The Website Provider is exclusively responsible for the opening of accounts through the Website, banking and account management.
15. In these terms and conditions reference to an account is a reference to an account with the Website Provider.
16. Subject to these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of use of the Website, when you open an account through the Website you become entitled to play the Games.
17. When you log into your account and choose to play a Game you will navigate away from the Website Provider’s game server to WagerWorks’ game server in Guernsey.
18. To play a Game you must have sufficient funds credited to your account. You can only place a wager from your account.
19. When you choose to play a Game you will be prompted to transfer funds into the game. At the end of your gaming session your account with the Website Provider will be updated with any remaining funds.
20. Wagers are only valid if accepted by WagerWorks’ server. Until acceptance of the wager by WagerWorks’ server all information displayed relating to a Game constitutes an invitation to play only.
21. You agree that WagerWorks’ records shall be the final authority in determining the validity and terms of any wagers you place and the circumstances in which they were made.
22. Wager Works reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or limit any wager you place.
23. Where a wager is invalid, refused or its value limited, any sum deducted from your account with respect to that stake will be credited to your account.
24. It is your responsibility to note the payout rate or odds that apply to each Game before you place a stake. Pay out rates and odds change from time to time.
25. When you update a loss or stake limit whilst playing a Game that loss or stake limit will not be updated until you close the current gaming session and start a new one.
26. WagerWorks reserves the right, without explanation, not to allow any person to play a Game.
27. Subject to clauses 32 and 33 WagerWorks will not be given your name, address or credit card number by the Website Provider but will be given a unique identifying number that enables it to update your game results and your account balance according to your Game winnings and/or losses at the end of each gaming session.
28. WagerWorks may collect information about your computer including, where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type. This is statistical data and does not identify any individual.
29. WagerWorks uses "cookies" to keep track of your personal preferences whilst playing a Game. "Cookies" help ensure a better playing experience.
30. A "cookie" is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is pertinent to the game session you have initiated. You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting within your browser. However, if you select this setting you may find certain Games less enjoyable. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, cookies will be issued to your system when you use the Website.
31. In the event that you win MegaJackpots®
31.1. the Wesbite Provider will provide WagerWorks with the following information: your name, age, town, county, state and/or country of residence together with the fact that you have won MegaJackpots®; and
31.2. you will be required to supply proof of your identity, residence and age to WagerWorks.
32. When you play a MegaJackpots® Game you authorise WagerWorks, in the event that you win MegaJackpots®, to publicise your name, town, county, state and/or country of residence together with the fact that you have won MegaJackpots®.
33. Verification of a win in a MegaJackpots® Game can take up to 72 business hours. If you win MegaJackpots® you only become entitled to the prize money once your win has been verified. Where a win is not verified to Wagerworks’ satisfaction that win can be annulled by WagerWorks.

38. Either WagerWorks or the Website Operator may discontinue the provision of a Game at any time.
39. Following a MegaJackpots® win WagerWorks shall be entitled to establish the re-seed amount at its absolute discretion.
40. When you play a Game you agree to forfeit your wager and any winnings if you leave the Game "in progress" for a period of 90 days or more. 15.1.5 Tax Information
Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any winnings awarded to you are your sole responsibility.
15.2 Jackpots
15.2.1
Quicksilver Games offers bingo jackpots on bingo games. The name and amount of each bingo jackpot is clearly displayed within the bingo room. A main progressive bingo jackpot and a fixed jackpot is available in each bingo room. You must get a full house in under a certain number of calls to win a particular jackpot. The number of calls required is clearly displayed within the bingo room for each jackpot. If a player wins the higher value jackpot, they will not be eligible to also claim lower value jackpot.
15.2.2
The amount of the jackpots will be displayed on the website. While Quicksilver Games endeavors at all times to ensure this information is accurate, the values displayed may not be 100% accurate. Quicksilver Games will endeavor to ensure the information is as accurate as possible. On rare occasions, it is possible that the jackpot will have been won in a previous game and not reset on Quicksilver Games in time before the next jackpot is won. Players should be aware that the payment will be based on Quicksilver Game’s jackpot pool and not necessarily that displayed on the website of Quicksilver Games.
15.2.3
Payments of jackpots are a manual process. Any player claiming the jackpot should email customer.care@quicksilvergames.com stating the time of their jackpot win and which jackpot they have hit.
15.2.4
All jackpot winnings will be paid into the players account as quickly as possible. In the case of physical prizes, a representative of Quicksilver Games will contact you by email or telephone within a reasonable time period to arrange delivery of your jackpot prize.
15.2.5
All winners of jackpot prizes agree by accepting the jackpot prize that they make themselves available to Quicksilver Games for reasonable publicity prices, including but not Ltd to use of photographs of the winner and the use of the winner’s name.
15.2.6
Only players who have made a deposit into their account are eligible to win any bingo jackpot. Players playing with free or promotional funds who have not made a deposit into their account are not eligible to claim.
15.2.7
Two or more players can share the full house prize in a game of bingo. In the event this happens and players are eligible to claim a jackpot, the jackpot money will be divided equally between winners.
15.2.8
The main progressive jackpot in each bingo room will be seeded at £10,000 and will grow each day as a percentage of money spent on the game. It will continue to grow until it is won. Once the Jackpot is won it will reset to the seeded amount. All claims must be received within 48 hours of the winning bingo game or they will be null and void. The Jackpot will not be reset until the winning ticket is validated.
15.2.9
Quicksilver Games reserves the right to remove this jackpot once it has been won. Quicksilver Games reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
15.3 Chat Games
15.3.1
Quicksilver Games offer chat room games with winnings paid as bonus money into your bonus balance. Chat room games are hosted by our chat masters and are available from 9am until Midnight. For a list of chat room games see the relevant section of the site. Chat room game rules are subject to changes and interpretation. Chat masters will attempt to answer any queries or you can email customer.care@quicksilvergames.com.
15.3.2
Chat room game credits can only be used to purchase more bingo cards and are added to your bingo bonus balance. They cannot be withdrawn directly. Users who attempt to withdraw chat room game winnings who do not wager sufficiently may have their withdrawal blocked and winnings reclaimed.
15.3.3
All bingo players who are in the bingo chat room and have purchased at least 3 tickets for the corresponding bingo game can play and collect chat room game winnings. We usually pay our winnings immediately although sometimes it can take up to 24 hours.
15.3.4
Any winnings may be withheld at the discretion of Quicksilver Games.
15.3.5
Players who register and make a deposit and subsequently lose their deposit are eligible to play chat room games at the discretion of Quicksilver Games. However, should the player attempt to abuse our chat room game system by persistently not purchasing bingo cards and attempting to profit directly from chat room games they may have their winnings withdrawn at the discretion of Quicksilver Games’s management.
15.3.6
A maximum of £5 can be won by any player in chat room games on any given day. Note: This is not every 24 hours but on any given day. Players are welcome to participate in all chat games but they should be aware that all winnings above £5 will be withheld.
15.3.7
The total amount won in chat room games cannot exceed at any time more than 50% of your total net deposit. Your total net deposit is your total deposit minus your total withdraw. If your total chat game winnings exceed this by 50% you will be prevented from claiming chat game winnings until such time when your total chat game winnings do not exceed your total net deposit by 50%.
15.3.8
Continually breaking chat room game rules will result in a ban on claiming chat room game winnings. You will still be eligible to play bingo and chat games, although any chat room game winnings will not be credited to your account. Your account will be reviewed periodically and chat game eligibility be reinstated at the discretion of Quicksilver Games management.
15.3.9
Quicksilver Games reserves the right to reclaim chat game bonuses at any point.
15.3.10
Quicksilver Games reserve the right not to enter into dialogue with players regarding eligibility for chat game winnings.
15.3.11
Quicksilver Games reserve the right to withdraw all bonus money from accounts after 7 days of being awarded.
